Over a course of a week I visited four days in a row. I was given the runaround and in the end still no bank account opened. Lots of people running around giving out misinformation. Thanks for nothing!

Bizarre fee for withdrawing cash. Almost 10 us dollars

Horrible bank, I needed help depositing and they only allow 1 person at a time so how can I get help from a local to do what I need to do? Also Atm stole 5500 mxn and now how do I fix this when I have to stand outside while the other person tries to deal with the problem?

The worst service, guaranteed! Need help? Go to another bank. There is no one here to help you (photo taken on Monday at 10:30 a.m., after being here waiting for almost 40 minutes - only two “executives” working). On top of everything, they treat you as if you came to beg them for alms.

I am a client of patrimonial banking and this branch is disgusting in terms of service, they are too rude from the manager to those who serve at the entrance, they are a mafia because they cover each other and I saw them that at the end of the day they meet together for order from the manager to talk about what they do that day, I attach a photo of the manager who verbally attacked me and said she was going to report me so they could ban me, but because of this situation I decided to leave the bank!
